Dalle manifestazioni dei Consigli di Fabbrica dei primi anni ’90, che fecero indietreggiare l’attacco contro le pensioni, salvando una parte consistente degli operai e dei lavoratori allora in forza, sono trascorsi quindici anni. Anni in cui operai più giovani hanno rimpiazzato, in numero oltrechè minore, gli operai andati in pensione, ma ad un tasso di produttività maggiore di quello che si poteva ottenere con lo stesso numero.

Sembra una commedia dell'assurdo: noi che abbiamo rivendicato gli obiettivi della FIOM nazionale contro la diversa linea sindacale della FIOM provinciale e denunciato in tutte le sedi le continue violazioni regolamentari con cui è stato impedito alla volontà dei lavoratori di esprimersi, veniamo sanzionati per averlo fatto apertamente e pubblicamente.

infoslai@fastwebnet.it Come si vede siamo in presenta di un attacco concentrico: mentre alcuni nuclei di operai si mettono in movimento contro i padroni, devono nello stesso tempo, se non anche prima, entrare in contrasto con i propri dirigenti sindacali e difendersi dai loro attacchi pur di rimare nell’ambito della loro classe, senza esserne isolati e ricacciati in angolo.
Un caso da manuale lo dimostrò nel 2001 la lotta degli operai alla FMA di Pratola Serra. La fabbrica fu bloccata per cinque giorni dagli operai che rivendicavano “Uguale Lavoro - Uguale Salario”. La battaglia, pur se ebbe risonanza nazionale e momenti di mobilitazioni ricadenti solo sulle spalle di nuclei ristretti di operai, non fu generalizzata. I sindacati, tranne simboliche presenze, non vollero accettare lo scontro con la Fiat così com’era maturato in tutto il comparto, e non ci fu nessuno in grado di farlo. Non solo, ma quell’esperienza di lotta dovette ripiegare per concentrarsi nella battaglia per far rientrare i licenziamenti promossi a seguito di provocazione esterna alla fabbrica, lasciando così alle ortiche gli obiettivi della lotta intrapresa.
Gli esiti di questi attacchi li conosciamo. Sono rientrati, sia per l’impugnazione dell’art. 28 dello Statuto dei Lavoratori, ma soprattutto per le radici collettive di cui erano espressione questi operai incriminati.
Un caso a parte invece fu il licenziamento di F.F., un operaio della Fiat New Holland di Modena. Fu licenziato per scarso rendimento. Ma, nonostante l’individuazione soggettiva che mirava a colpire un militante operaio marxista, l’azienda fu sconfitta dopo circa due anni di sentenze e ricorsi. La stessa organizzazione scientifica del lavoro, con tanto di cartellini - tempi di produzione su cui è scritto nero su bianco la quantità da produrre in condizioni ottimamente ergonomiche, non poteva far ricadere sull’operaio le deficienze tecniche e ambientali in cui lavorare. La sua strenua resistenza a tutte le sirene con la faccia dell’Euro, lo riportarono in fabbrica al suo posto di combattente.

Questa forzatura avviata dalla Fiat con l’interpretazione dell’art 26 del CCNL dei metalmeccanici ci pone l’esatto rovescio della medaglia. Le azioni soggettive non devono mai uscire dagli ambiti degli interessi collettivi. Questa credo sia la lezione che il più grande gruppo industriale offre alla classe degli operai e specie alle sue avanguardie.

La risposta è negativa.

I licenziamenti alla Fiat sono la reazione contro il processo organizzativo che strenuamente sta prendendo corpo in maniera autonoma, sia dentro la classe operaia che tra la gioventù precarizzata. La sua sempre più marcata fuoriuscita dai canoni di salvaguardia che il riformismo offre al sistema capitalistico, incapace com’è di contenere i risvolti sociali delle sue contraddizioni economiche, pongono al primo posto il problema dell’organizzazione.
Chiunque è su questo terreno non può far finta di non sapere che, per rispondere all’attacco del più grande gruppo industriale che ha inaugurato il sistema legale per effettuare licenziamenti selettivi degli operai ribelli, si può solo rispondere con l’unità degli operai. La Coalizione è il primo e fondamentale passo che si può e di deve percorrere.
